Installation Tutorial:

“MyXCIPTV TV Player“

Steps on how to download our Free App

(We recommend using our app to avoid buffering/freezing.

We can’t guarantee channel freeze/buffering if using apps not recommended by us)

1. On your Google TV Box, Android or Firestick

(find or locate) and open up the Downloader app

(its orange & says Downloader by AFTV.news)

*It may ask you to ALLOW unknown app – from settings, so allow.

If you DO NOT have Downloader already installed, you can install it straight from the Google play store.

2. Once you’ve downloaded & opened up Downloader – In the boxed area where it says:

Enter URL, Search Term or Short code:

You’re going to type these numbers EXACTLY as I have it below (no spaces between them)

It will RE-DIRECT and start the file download then ask you to either INSTALL or UPDATE when its complete.

– Click Install or Click Update (which ever one it shows)

4. Once it finishes Installing – it will ask you to either OPEN or DONE

(BE SURE TO CLICK “DONE”,

– it will take you back to the STATUS screen where it asks you to:

Install – Delete – Done

You going to click DELETE (because it should already be installed and by clicking delete, you’ll be saving storage space by deleting the APK file), where it asks you on the Confirmation page to Delete or Cancel (BE SURE TO CLICK DELETE again)

5. Once you’ve completed the steps above:

– you’re going to hit the HOME (house) Button on your remote, which takes you back to the beginning Home screen where you should see the MyXCIPTV Player app displayed in the YOUR APPS line up.

6. Once you’ve located the MyXCIPTV Player app, click on it,

– you will then see the screen that says:

Select Panel with MyXCIPTV highlighted, then click on it –

USERNAME: (codes sent after payment) PASSWORD: (codes sent after payment) SIGN IN:

Trouble-shooting Tips

Getting The Most Out of the MyXCIPTV App

We’re sharing a few tips to help improve the performance of the MyXCIPTV application, including buffering issues, slow load speeds, and common freeze issues.

Some of these tips might be familiar, but we’ve included a few new ones as well:

1. Log Out Before Powering Down: After watching, log out of the app before turning off your device. This helps the app rest and improves performance.

2. Clear Cache Regularly: Clearing your cache daily acts like an oil change for your app, keeping it refreshed and running smoothly.

On the MyXCIPTV app, on the Live TV, EPG, VOD, Series page – upper right-hand corner is UPDATE, click it to Update Media Contents.

Once that’s done, find SETTINGS (bottom right-hand corner), click it to open up Settings, scroll down to CLEAR CACHE (click it) then click OK (after clearing the cache, app will Restart) now the app is ready again. Enjoy!

3. Ensure Proper Ventilation: Make sure your device, such as a Firestick, or Google Streaming TV Box has enough space to cool down.

Overheating can cause slow performance and errors, in the app.

4. Restart Devices Weekly: Unplug your device and router for 30 seconds once a week.

This simple reset can enhance overall performance by 90%.

5. Manage Device Memory: Regularly Clear Cache often and remove or uninstall unused apps to prevent your device from being overloaded with memory.

The more memory your device has, the better and faster it performs.
